First "Spider-man: Web of Shadows" Update

So it turns out that the reason the new Spider-man game snuck up on everyone is because Yahoo had the right to the exclusive for the game. The site released new information earlier this afternoon following my earlier post that includes some concept information. Apparently, Web of Shadows will include the same open world gameplay that the series is known for but this time around, New York City has been overrun by some unknown menace that closely resembles the alien symbiote that gave birth to Venom. The game will feature a type of moral compass that will allow players to choose whether they care more about saving the lives of the citizens of New York or saving their own skin. This seems to imply that the story will be a lot darker because we all know that, the situation would have to be pretty serious to convince Peter Parker to care more about himself than those he protects. It was also revealed that players will be given the choice as to which marvel characters (both heroes and villains) to fight with or against. As always, I will keep you posted as the updates roll out.
