Skyrim Still Having Problems Post-Patch, May be General Memory Issue

People are reporting continued problems with the PS3 version of Skyrim post-patch, and though Bethesda has claimed to be looking further into the issue, site Digital Foundry claims that the problem may be with the game infrastructure itself.
