Looks like it will be good. Great voice cast too.

I might pick this up, but I am more excited about Bleach: The Diamond Dust Rebellion coming out on DVD in September.

He is my favorite director and artist. His movies have the best feeling, music, and artwork. Pure Magic.

I'm sure that Miyazaki won't fail to impress, the movie looks simply stunning

that looked a lot different from the japanese trailer...i mean isnt it about a fish who wants to be human?...guess it sounded too much like the little mermaid. still looks real good though.

if you love miyazaki and studio ghibli, check out "the another world" on the nintendo ds. level 5 and studio ghibli and miyazaki are combining to make a game on the nintendo ds. thats what im excited for!

Alamo Drafthouse shows Miyazaki movies once in awhile... Nolan and I went one time when they showed Princess Mononoke. I think they're showing Spirited Away this weekend at the Ritz for their "Brunch Screening". I've only seen Princess Mononoke, but I'm sure Nolan will make me watch all the other Miyazaki movies, including this new one =).

Cool movie bro, might check it out. I'm excited for the new Torentino movie, Inglorious Basterds, myself. Coming in late august.

I'm excited for it too, I'm also excited, game-wise, to play LBP on my PSP when it comes out, and to start watching/reading Katekyo Hitman Reborn! =u=

Hayao Miyazaki is a goddamn legend. Whether he's making an epic or just a heart warming children's flick I still love his movies.

I was about to try to watch this but ended up watching Nausicaa instead. Soon I will watch this though. :)

I still think "Cat Returns" is the best Studio Ghibli flick of all time,but I plan on watching "Ponyo..." real soon. As far as most anticipated movie,I'm gonna go with either "Inglorious Basterds" (Tarantino) or "Thirst" (Park Chan-Wook).

I cannot wait for Ponyo!

I love Studio Ghibli and Miyazaki's masterpieces. Each time I watch these movies, it makes me happy, since it's very unique and imaginative. Ponyo is one of the must see movies in the summer, since it's a great masterpiece. I've seen the movie before in the Japanese language, but I can't wait for the English adaptation to this great movie.

Ponyo is a good movie. Of course, it was well received in Japan as a Miyazaki film. I need to watch it in English. >_<
Let's see how North America sees it. In the trailer however, I did see a 4 star rating from a critic. So I'm not worried of it flunking over here.

ya i think this looks great and i was really surprised when they showed the trailer for it before Harry Potter

haha David funny you bring this up, I just had a part time job for teaching some little kids for summer school and well I live in japan by the way. So on the last day me and the other teacher decided to put Ponyo on for the kids. Haha thats awesome. Totoro is awesome as well, im more japanese then australian.

Before this comes out, I need to watch a couple of other Miyazaki films I haven't seen. It'll feel better that way.

You gotta get Nick to watch this with you. Matt Damon is one of the voice actors.

This looks amazing, thou I'd also like to see another Satoshi Kon (Paranoia Agent, Millennium Actress, Paprika) work.
