Great podcast, I am really hyped for Evolve especially after how disappointed I was with LD42 hopefully this game is as fun and fresh as the original L4D was. Rocksteady making a game in general is a plus for regardless if its Batman or not but apart of me is hoping for a batman game outside the Arkham series I think its time to move on.

That was a great discussion about Rust, especially the footage. I'm pretty torn on the game. I was listening to Cocktail Time and they were saying that there's a lot of gamers craving this kind of 'emergent' gameplay. I'm not so sure. The fact that you have to pour so much time into these games and there's such a high learning curve makes me think that these DayZ-esque games will only gain a foothold for a relatively niche audience. Personally, I'm not a big fan of these types of games, but I'm glad there is the option for those who want it. I just don't think these kinds of games will make the leap to more of a 'mainstream' audience.

Great podcast guys. I really like Rocksteady Studios and all, but I actually really do want another Urban Chaos game before we ever get another Batman game haha.
